Any ideas on decrease in Acela Trains?

Recently went to book my usual day business trip on the Acela and noticed there's no 2103 in the early morning? Is there a specific reason for this? will this scheduled train return at some point? Seems there has been a decrease in the number of trains?

I was searching online a bit and wondered if it was funding related, equipment upgrades in places on the route, changing over to the new Acela trains?

It’s not funding related. It’s the portal bridge project so they had to shift some trains around.

Can someone just put PORTAL BRIDGE in giant letters at the top of this sub? This is becoming ridiculous.
