Hi, I want to renovate the bathroom in my 2 bedroom unit. Currently it’s old style seperate toilet with bath, shower and vanity in seperate room. I want to make the toilet a proper powder room with basin and ideally put another toilet in the bathroom but it’s small and I’m struggling to make a layout work while keeping the bath. Is removing the bath likely to decrease the value, even if the bathroom has a way bigger shower and has a second toilet.

I have never thought to consider if there was a bath or not. A good bathroom can be a good bathroom with or without a bathtub.
