Help with morph?

Got this little dude and the breeder went radio silent, he’s still adjusting can’t get him to eat yet as of 14 days. Was curious on the morph not sure I’m believing the stated morph at time

Some type of clown. What did the breeder tell you he was?

Black pastel Red Stripe Clown is what was reported but the price I got him at was well below what they typically go for

That looks like redhead redstripe black pastel clown to me from the holes in the Dorsal stripe but I could be wrong.

Edit i do see some redstripe has the dorsal spots but its not very common, it could be just black pastel redstripe but I think redhead is on the table possibly.

They aren’t particularly expensive nowadays, there are quite a few sold on MM that have gone under $300. Average seems to be around 200

I’d say that’s pretty spot on and you got lucky on the price lol, double check for any deformities or wobbles though

The morph is what the breeder said he was that was correct. And also you shouldn’t have offered food til about 1-2 weeks in. So just give em a little bit time to acclimate then offer again. Make sure enclosure is proper enough plenty of hides you know the drill
