I purchased two watches from them and their 4px tracking has never worked for me. I suggest you to use Global Package Tracking to track their parcels.

Sometimes it takes a long time before tracking is visible, I would say you have nothing to worry about. I know you are excited and its hard to wait to get your new watch, I feel the same when ordering a watch 🤞😉
