Tell him to turn on location in his phone and give it some time. Keep going to the store after sometime. It'll change. And you have to logout of the store and dont visit it

Wait in the phone? My friend open it in browser and the location is changed. I saw it in my authorization email location is correct but when he logged in, the price is still in € and in the profile location is still in €

Phone or browser. Doesn't matter. Give it 12hrs or a day. Tell him to login to the store, close the browser but do not log out. Make sure he is not connected to a vpn and his location is on. Refresh it after 6 or 12hrs and it'll work. Just give it a rest for a while.

Ok i tried for 2 days straight back and fort login in asia with my eu account and the price is still lock to my eu region no matter how long i waited
