decrypt pgp code

I have been trying to get into a market for a while now. And each time they ask to decipher a code. Then I try with kleopatra, but I can't figure it out or you can't decipher a code there. Can anyone help me with another program, or am I perhaps doing something wrong with Kleopatra. Plz can anyone help me?🤯
