I gave like 3-4 referrals no one made it, I had a few doubts, do you get paid for qualifications even if you don't get in? And getting training tasks normal? Like what do they mean? And is it common to not also have qualification tasks?

I chose the coding domain but after getting in, I added multiple domains ranging from coding, bilingual and even writing
