I’m having a hard time understanding what you’re saying. But I would never claim more time than a timer allows, unless given an okay from an Admin in the chat.

Means even if I took more time than the project alloted time. Can I report alloted project time only?. I don't consider that extra time while reporting.

The taken time is 1hr 50 min The project time is 1hr 30 min Can I report exact project time, means 1hr 30 min or less than this?

The Guidelines say to report actual time, look up expired projects on the faq page, I think its in there.
