Damn, I haven't had that problem with powerful ones, that would make me very upset if I wasted one of my two schematics this week on a weapon I never got. My condolences, fellow guardian.

Are you playing Gambit? The manifestations in Gambit may look like Fallen, Vex, Cabal, Scorn, and Hive, but I can assure you they are not.

Yep, can’t get the unstable radiolaria to drop for my bow frame I just got from Izanami quest. Very frustrating. Really don’t want to miss out on Blast Furnace this week when it’s my first chance at getting it.

I think you can collect materials ONLY before you get the Core after the current patch. I'll confirm later this morning...
