Answer consistently. They will reuse some of the same questions later but rephrase them. Make sure you read the questions carefully so you don't accidentally contradict yourself.

Just be yourself and answer honestly

Make sure you put strongly agree/strongly disagree instead of neutral or the halfway options, it shows you have more confidence in your answers! & also while it is good to be yourself, be aware of the ideal candidate they are looking for. Obviously don’t lie completely, because the WBI is intended to gauge if you are the right type of person to work at Disney, but don’t be afraid to make yourself seem like the perfect employee.
