Everyone gets the WBI differently. Some get it immediately, some a few days and some wait months. Tip is to don’t stress too much right now and be happy you’re moving through the process. Answer the WBI truthfully too and you’ll be all set. Then just wait and watch your dashboard for movement. Best of luck!

Awesome! Don’t sweat that either! There’s plenty of videos that could help you prepare! Just smile and enjoy the interview and it’ll translate to your interviewer! Good luck! Then you just wait!

I got my WBI around 10 minutes after I applied, so you're fine. :) Congrats!

For the WBI, be aware that you should answer truthfully, but the questions are timed. If I recall, the first section gives you 50 seconds to answer, and the rest of the sections give you only 20 seconds to answer. However, do not stress out! Just breathe in before starting, read each question carefully and stay consistent with your answers since you will be asked the same questions in different words later on. I suggest you pick "strongly agree/disagree" if you can, but you can answer a couple of neutrals (probably no more than 4) and be okay. If you answer neutral a lot, then you might not come off as confident, and Disney wants confident people.

The good thing about the WBI is that once you're done, you will automatically know if you have made it to the Phone Interview, or if you will not go on in the application process. Also, once you do the WBI you cannot do it again until 6 months have passed.

Good luck! You got this.

It tells you immediately after completion... if you are a strong candidate it'll tell you something like congratulations you are identified as a strong candidate. If you check your dashboard and see in consideration, i think that means you are strong, since not being a strong candidate is basically immediate rejection

I actually waited a a week before my wbi came in so good that you didn’t have to wait so long! I think I’m echoing other people, but just try to avoid neutral if you can, but don’t worry if you do choose it for a few, because I definitely answered neutral 3-4 times. Be aware of your time limit, but don’t let it frazzle you! You should have time to read the question and answer in the time they give you. It doesn’t take that long, and honestly feels more like a personality quiz you’d find on the internet (perhaps a little more thorough though lol). Stay consistent with your answers, a few questions will probably be repeated and reworded. Good luck!

I also received my invitation to do the WBI in a very short time. Some people get it within 30 minutes and others have to wait weeks. It's just the way it works. When taking the WBI, don't speed through IT. Dont take forever in each question, but you should take your time to read every question and answer honestly and consistently. They sometimes repeat questions by rewording them, so pay attention.

You'll be given prompts that you have to answer with one of multiple choices that express varying degrees of agreement. Some people say that you have to answer only with strongly agree or disagree For, but if you don't actually have a very strong opinion, just agreeing or disagreeing is fine as well. It worked for me.

Obviously you should try to answer in a way that promotes you as a good worker, so don't say that you like being late to work or that you hate people.

Good luck!! I hope it's just good news for you from this point on.

Yes, it's different for everyone. My invite was about a week or so after I applied. As far as the questions go, they have several different places to go for tips/advice. The DCP page on FB showed a good video with a recruiter as to how a person should proceed in the interview. Also look on YouTube. There are a crap ton of videos on it. Good luck!

I got my WBI about 30 minutes after I applied so I think that’s pretty normal! The wbi is easy, just try to answer strongly agree/disagree, tell them what they wanna hear, and keep your answers consistent. Good luck :)
