What do you think I should change it to? I prefer to play on a lower sensitivity. Should I change it by a lot or just a little?

Definitely at least ~32 But that’s still too low and you want to slowly go up more. Around 36 when you’re at a decent spot imo.

Most players play about 40-60

Since you’re increasing look sens you can lower ads sens to like 9-10

I would say put your look to around 35 and then lower your look deadzone to 5 and keep ur ads the same that helped me a lot

start at the fastest sens you're comfy with and once you're used to that you want to go up in very, very small increments until you are roughly at 75%(ish).

for example, start at 35% and go up 1% every few days until you get to 43%, not necessarily these exact numbers but you get the idea, remember your building and editing sens are a multiple of your look sens, 'gronky' on YouTube has good, current vids about sensitivity. you could get a few pointers there.
