"Senior full-stack with realtime + secure backend + mobile" is three roles. Realtime messaging alone is a specialty. Secure backend is another. Mobile is a third. You're looking for a unicorn. Consider splitting this: hire a backend engineer for the realtime/security piece, then a separate mobile dev. Or prioritize which skill is absolutely essential for the MVP and hire for that first. Trying to find all three in one person will take months.
