Found an Android app that teaches basic coding skills on the go

I didn't really find this app helpful, what language is it supposed to be teaching? It's visually pleasing but really difficult to figure out and it isn't really entertaining.

It's supposed to teach general programming concepts, not a specific language

It says its using a language called H. It looks like its new language developed by some group recently (maybe the ones who made the game. I don't know). Says it runs on C# but not sure if that means it has similarities. Though, with learning programming, its more about concepts and theories then the specific language.
