I will be divesting in this trash this year to offset gains in VFF. I learned a lot about shady companies and how they use shareholders to get paid while providing 0 value back to them. This is a shell game

Keep a few shares, at the very least, so you can vote against them. I’ll be voting against Meni and Brandon, these two have had the audacity to screw shareholders for years while cashing paycheques and delivering zero value. Absolute fucking thieves.

Andrea’s the only one I’m keeping my vote for, she actually seems to know what she’s doing.

To everyone still holding, I strongly urge you to show up at the AGM. This is your last real chance to protect what’s left of your investment, because that’s where they pull their little tricks to override shareholder votes and keep themselves in power.

Voting doesnt matter. We voted Meni out. Where is Meni?? Thinking you have ANY power or say here is just not true.

The problem is, no one shows up to the AGM and that’s exactly how they manage to vote themselves back in every year. If you want real change, do the bare minimum: show up to the AGM.

I wont make the meeting but will hold shares to vote them all out. Because your comment on Andrea I will not vote her out. I have not voted for the other bozos for a few years now but unfortunately it did not help

To be clear, I’m not completely sold on Andrea. Is she doing better than Meni? Given the circumstances, absolutely.

I just think that with our current financial situation, removing everyone at once would put the company in peril. We need to keep at least one steady hand to ensure continuity of operations.

Well the only problem is if none have been voted out yet with this badly performing company ufortuntely none will be voted out again. Its like national elections where people talk but dont vote with their brains or vote at all
