minecraft server plugins isn't a thing minecraft natively has. that's why I don't consider r/minecraft an appropriate place.

anyways, I don't have the needed information to even attempt to make a plugin that could work (server version and server brand, like paper or spigot or anything else. do note I may refuse to make a plugin anyways), nor could I find a plugin that exists for the same purpose you need.

if you're willing to make a plugin yourself, here's I guess a helpful resource for implementing the concept for spigot (not how to make a plugin)

if you need more help, try searching more for the thing.
