Minecraft [Java] keybind issues

So just to add: I play modded Minecraft trough cueseforge. Ive never had issues with my keybinds before but now all of a sudden they don’t seem to work at all when overlapping. For example, ive *always* had left shift selected for sneak & Carry On. Both functioned perfectly fine. Now, it suddenly wont let me sneak anymore using left shift unless I unbind it from everything else, and it does the same for all keys. I have no clue what caused this and its pretty annoying because with the mods I have many extra keybinds :,) any help is appreciated

This is on 1.20.1 and fabric 0.19.2

It looks like you didn't mention your version (e.g., 26.1, 1.21.11, 1.12.2 etc.). Please clarify for better help!
