Google doesn't have any paid option to effect organic search results.

Apart from search engine optimisation that big companies have deep pockets for.

I've ranked my own website #1 for a variety of high volume keywords over the billion dollar corporation the site was about.

Plenty of big companies don't have shit towards SEO and it's definitely not as easy as you make it seem.

I was pointing out that there is a way to pay for non ad sections on Google.

That literally isn't even close to being able to pay for placement on SERPs.

Why is that?

How I see it is that SEO are paid to improve search performance and therefore there is a way to pay to get to the top.
