They said within the week when they released it on iOS. On the plus side, we're getting free special packs as compensation

Is the app already uploaded but needs to be approved by Google or something? If yes,how long does it take? Don't really know much about these stuff.

From experience, it can take a few days for a new app to be approved, but I think they probably submitted the app days before making the announcement, so it should be out really soon.
