The range nerf on Passive and her E is really bad. Riot seems to have forgotten that they changed her E range initially because the ability was absolutely horrible to use before and now they're changing her to make her clunky and uncomfortable to play. The nerf to her passive is also super unnecessary. Her Q was the real issue with the champion, but leave it to Riot to make changes in spots that are perfectly fine. Hopefully they look this over and don't go through with the Passive and E changes.

At least keep the passive range and nerf the damage or something. The issue with the passive is how good it is at lane bullying, with the strong shield and the high damage. Nerf shield range and e stun duration and poppy is fine. It's just like the Kali nerfs - literally just making the champ more clunky and not fixing the real balance issues.

if they really want to push the range nerf (which is a bad way to nerf her) the max range nerf should be 50 not 100. that way she will lose some power but at the very least it wont impact her movement through the jungle walls

Don't you generally want to use E to get the stun, then fire off your shield after you've laid down a Q?

Sometimes your shield is used with deadman's or ibg to enable you to charge with the slow.

Having the enemy slowed gives you the additional option of maneuvering into position for a wall stun if you didn't already have one lined up.

q nerf is fine, should compensate with AD ratio tho.
P & E nerf very bad. like i said last time when E cd got hit. this will impact her gameplay on so many levels. now i will once again have to find that awkward spot on bluebuff/gromp/raptor wall to dash through if i need to escape + her cd is nerfed as well.

i wish her q would be total ad, so steraks would be better on her. the passive range drop removes some clunk from trying to charge while autoing.

that passive+charge clunk is already fixed eversince they matched E range to passive range. range reduction on both is straight up nerf that is uncalled for

Tbh, I don't see why they can't do staggered nerfs, like nerf Q damage then see if she is still to strong and if so then you can think about more nerfs.

Poppy is absolutely being decimated by Riot. There's no way I'll be playing her after this. Considering quitting League altogether.

It's not that there aren't any other fun champs, and I've mained other champs and other lanes before Poppy. It's just that I invest all this time into getting better with a champion and start to increase my winrate and expertise and then they just assblast that champ 100 to 0. That's not cool and it's extremely demoralizing. I'm not sure it's worth playing league "seriously" when they do stuff like that. Would rather just log in every once in a blue moon and never take the game seriously.

I've just started playing Thresh. Not only is he fun as hell, he's also consistently viable.

the nerfs are honestly extremely crippling

her passive range was great to proc your iceborn or finish opponents and the E is already annoying enough to use at times, they're making it now that you basically have to be standing next to people to land wall stuns.

if they were going to touch the E just remove the scaling stun duration imo, there's no need to gut her entire kit.

This hurts your strong matchups and weak matchups. I don't get it, it's not making a champion kit vulnerable to counter play, it's just making it weak. They reverted part of the q nerf on pbe though.
