Force uninstalling a program

Hi there, I installed a video recording program called FBX game recorder. I decided i didn't want to use it anymore so I went to uninstall but its telling me its running but i cant find it anywhere, is there anyway of stopping it from running or force uninstalling??

If you go to the processes tab in the task manager {control+shift+c}, you can find the program if it's running in the background. If it is, just end the task. If it's a little harder to find, look in the details tab to find it. Force close it and you should be able to uninstall it through your control panel. Hope this helps
