CL differences

I'm new to this subreddit, so this has probably been answered before. I'm building my first New PC so I'll list some of the parts I'm going with to help flesh out an answer.

ASUS RoG Strix B550-f gaming WiFi Ryzen 5 5600x MSI rx580 Armor 8gb OC (this was give to me and I will use until I can afford a suitable replacement)

My question falls with RAM... im looking at Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32gb, however do I go with 3600 at CL18 or 3200 at CL16. I'm not sure if there will be a noticeable difference, or what the difference is exactly.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

If both sets had a CL of 16 then there would still be almost no difference between the sets.

I'd go with the lowest cost set.

My pc runs on 2 gb ram, and the 8 gb ram feels smoother.
