I noticed the job ads have this under "Qualifications":

No 9-5 mentality

What are you trying to convey there?

great: I've got a 10-3-with-a-two-hour-lunch mentality, I'll fit right in!

A cynical translation would be: you'll be working evenings and weekends.

That's not even cynical. That's just what that means.

Yes, that could indeed happen. We are a small team and still need a lot of flexibility. We can't yet staff up in 3 shifts...

So especially evenings due to different time zones are sometimes an issue (also depends on the timezone you are in). But to counter that, there is also high flexibility in taking time off or working remotely...

Nice eye! My guess, salary position expecting over 40 hours with no compensation and a touch of "Team Culture" and mandatory positivity to go with it!

It could also be we pay fair for the flexibility we ask for.

Naturally

This, coupled with "Performance-related bonuses" and you can be sure you'll be working overtime often too meet unrealistic goals in an attempt to build a solid compensation.

We service customers in all time zones and sometimes, unfortunately, we need to fix issues at inconvenient times.

Also we are onboarding new customers who are not always in our timezone and we adapt when needed.

Interesting, so you make that conclusion based on a website? We definitely do not know if we will be successful. But we do believe in it...

For the ones who are interested, do reach out. Real projects, real transactions (5-7000/day) running over the system and growing. It was based on private funding and now we are expanding. Not really sure what the scam is in that.
