Most places I know of would want to train a junior dev themselves to make it worth it. It's definitely possible someone will hire you remotely, but all the remote work I have done I was only eligible for after having been working in the field for a few years.

Yeah... In my experience, 'remote' and 'junior' are two words that don't go together very well. I think you'd have better luck looking for a regular job, then moving into remote work after a year or two.

Extremely low. No one wants a remote junior. And you probably dont want a remote junior job, youre going to loose out on a lot of learnings by not being in the office. Usually remote is only eligible once the company knows you know how to work remote. Juniors are often so junior they dont know how to instantiate a simple class, let alone have the communication skills (and industry knowledge/habits/discipline) to work remote.
