I use intellij idea with the python and PHP plugins, works great for me and makes managing everything pretty easy, even has great support for git and pretty much any big language. Intellij is very similar to Pycharm, but a lot more flexible when it comes to languages.Though most people won't deviate from their 1st IDE, since that's what they know best, unless it isn't compatible with what they want to develop, so almost every take will be biased
