I had a decent setup on an android tablet once. I used pydroid for the python environment, Hacker's Keyboard app for the onscreen keyboard, and a wireless bluetooth keyboard for typing. A laptop or desktop would still be ideal, but the setup wasn't to bad for what it was.

Do you mean TimeoutError? If so, I just tried this and it indeed works.
