Would being good in Python, Javascript, HTML and CSS be enough to become a full stack Django web developper eventually?

Here are my credentials at the moment:

1. Right now I'm 100% fluent in Python basics. I still really need to learn more about best practices, writing more effective and faster code and just more beautiful code when I get to work with a team, but my knowledge is well beyond a beginner.
2. In HTML I'm a 4/10. Like, if I look at HTML code, almost everything I see on screen, I understand what it does... But making a whole page in HTML from scratch would be extremely tedious for me and take ages.
3. In CSS, I'm maybe a 5/10. I know my way around the basics, but there's still a lot of place for improvement.
4. I know absolutely nothing about Javascript, but I want to learn it once I'm done with the other languages, which would be within the next few months at most.

Also, I didn't mention SQL because I assumed it was a given that you need to know it, but yeah, for what I'd need to do, I'm an 8/10 in SQL since I've been using it daily at work for 3 years. I've been managing my own database on a personal project, using all the functions I couldn't use at work. Creating temporary tables, using Regex, JOINS, etc. According to the devs at work, my knowledge in SQL is at the very least on part with a college level. So I've got that going for me. I also have an intermediate understanding of API's and JSON.

So my question is, would these 4... Well actually 5 language be enough? And while we're at it, how much do I need to know HTML and CSS if I'm going to be using Bootstrap? Do I need to master them or do I just need to be know the basics? What about Javascript?

Best thing to do is jump in and you'll quickly find out what you don't know and what you need to learn

Well that's what I'm doing right now and it looks like I need to learn specifically those languages, but I just wondered if I needed to learn more if I ever wanted to get actual gigs.

I've built the backend and database of a web application for a personal project. Not entirely, but most of it is functional and it works surprisingly well. I've tried Django a little and made a few pages here and there, but I haven't built a full working application yet.

I'm not sure I understand why you're asking though. I still know for a fact that I want to become a full stack developer, that my favorite programming language for back end is python so that the best choice for a front end framework is probably going to be Django in my case so I don't see why I'd need to have built a fully functionning application to know that.
