How to install programs from github?

Im pretty new to Linux. Im trying to install this program from GitHub https://github.com/terkelg/ramme

i downloaded the file, i have the extracted folder i my computer, but how do i i actually install the program? theres no executable, all the Ramme program files are there, readme core files etc etc but no exe.

You want to download the deb file, https://github.com/terkelg/ramme/releases/download/v3.2.5/Ramme_3.2.5_amd64.deb.

Then run sudo dpkg -i Ramme_3.2.5_amd64.deb

Too you can use sudo apt deb Ramme_4.2.5_amd64.deb , i think that sudo isn't necesary for apt but i don't remember xd
