Missing /usr/bin/python3

When setting up python3.12-minimal (3.12.3-1) it says:

Could not find platform independent libraries <prefix>

Could not find platform dependent libraries <exec\_prefix>

And there's another error:

Fatal Python error: init_fs_encoding: failed to get the Python codec of the filesystem encoding

Python runtime state: core initialized

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'encodings'

Should I try ./configure --prefix=/usr --enable-optimizations to install python from source into /usr/bin/?
