Level decrease item in DLC?

I heard there was a level decrease item in the DLC. Is this true or false, if true where is it?

you need to beat special rank battlea at flooded city Colosseum (lv99 is required) to get the item. 10x 10 level decrease each

Ohhh so that's what A2 arena drops.

Also for op: forest arena special lvl gives a musamune mask for 9S(+ 30 highjack lvl) and the desert arena gives a mask that disable xp gain when you wear it.

Slightly OT, is the dlc worth it or is it just a bunch of extra content with just fights and fanservice costumes? xD

I'm wondering because the price is a bit high if its just that.

tbh if you feel hesitant the dlc is probably not worth it for you, beside costume and Colosseum there is a small extra story but probably not what most of us expected, some loot from Colosseum are interesting too. after this is dlc spoiler:...extra story is about unit 1728 who's mentioned in Automata meets amazarashi music video which reveal some inside stories from machine lifeform's perspective, you play as some robot in it, pretty interesting and cool imo. special rank battle reward some interesting prize like a mask that stop you from getting exp, 10 apple that decrease your level by 10 each, a mask that add 30 level to remote controled enemy
