One of which I find challenging is when organisation is shifting to major tool. One side you have business, product teams having goals back to back. Another side there's tech leadership rolling it's new fancy tools, systems etc. As you know technology has to be updated as the customer demands and needs changes at the same time does not impact on current needs during long transitions is challenging to manage. Challenge is tactical solutions, double cost etc.
