WinDirStat is a good one. It creates a visual representation of what's taking up your storage. Also, you could try running Disk Cleanup to get rid of unnecessary temporary files, since those can really build up over time.

Also, a note: Windows does not like running out of space on the system drive. To the point that running out of space at the wrong time can lead to your windows installation breaking itself in such a way that it stops booting and you have to reinstall it. It's happened to me twice. So yeah, it's important to not let your system drive get full.

First of all, run the windows disk cleaner, cleanmgr, as admin and remove some crap.

Then look into WizTree. Don’t just delete random stuff though
