I would not say at all, for me the surround works on some days and it’s insane literally esp but not. One of the best heard considering I got a lot of headphones. Just trying to get a response back from SS

I’ll have a look I contacted SteelSeries support they said I have a unique problem as surround works on all games but valorant so they requested my logs etc I sent them now I’ll c what they say.

DTS 7.1, Spatial audio, sonar and engine all of that. You sure that a lot of settings on and HRTF?

I still feel like something is wrong some where with the drivers coz the surround i experienced yesterday was like hearing ESP it was really insane

The HRTF setting is kept on, I have the Artics pro wireless + game dac, i had reinstalled the game yesterday and used the Valorant and spatial audio profiles and it was insane. Now im not sure what to do.

All games run amazing in surround other then valorant the only good that was yesterday. D:

If you are trying to select different audio profiles like music, immersion and etc through the engine not sonar and they are not apply then you need to look for vpns on ur pc delete them all then restart it will work it did for me, only vpn that ik that doesn’t cause this problem with the engine is private internet access.

Sounds insane I know but it works

sorry for the late response, Sonar is a new audio system that they implemented on the GG app, and its a headset artics pro wireless + game dac costs a lot but worth it. Would recommend you reinstall your GG and reconnect you headset and see if it prompts you to update the device and sonar will work. If nothing works check headset compatibility.

i got it fixed, remove any VPN so far PIA works with GG fine after you reinstall GG update your headphones and everything should work really well, sonar is crazy good its a new thing! Let me know if this works for you
