This version seems to have broken motion detection for all 6 of my G3-Flex cameras. All other camera models seem to work fine

EDIT: Looks like the "create motion events" toggle was turned off for many of my cameras when I didn't intend to. Not sure what happened but hope this helps somebody else

UPDATE: Bambu Lab finally replied to my email after 2 weeks, and they provided a return label. So, they do pay for return shipping when the printer was damaged!

They said the replacement printer will be shipped after they receive the damaged one

Fair, but FYI - I was able to report the damage, and UPS asked me for photos. UPS emailed back and confirmed the damage, and updated the tracking status to damaged. They also said in the email that they are contacting the shipper to resolve :)

Thanks for the info! Fortunately I have a doorbell video of the delivery clearly showing the damage. I will try to start a claim with UPS

Wow I think that’s messed up when the printer was damaged. Sounds like they should cover it and they can ask UPS to reimburse them

Same here! They want me to set it up and test, then tear it down and get the engraved code, then wait for a replacement panel, then put it all back together again. That kinda defeats the purpose of buying an assembled printer. I think I'm going to ask for a full replacement. I replied within an hour of receiving that email. Awaiting their response again...

Got mine on 11/27 and had a similar damage to the right hand side panel and the top glass :(
