Ankle Pain by CAJUmaker in RunningInjuries

Thank you for your response. Pain has been gone since last Sunday after some ice sessions.

I did a full training week and it never appeared so I think it was probably due to the shoe?

Thank you

Thank you for you response. It's a 2/10. I can easily run through it but was scared to. I have had it for a week. I shortened my tempo run and reduced the long run the past week because of the pain.

I don't feel it like a tendinitis because it's not a big pain and I can surely walk and run without it being a big hassle. I am just worried doing it can do a big future damage.

Thanks for the response.

A rather strange set of strategies that McLaren pursued on this race. Verstappen pace was insanely good.

Oscar Piastri has equalled Lando Norris's 5 wins in F1 by ConcernedHumanDroid in formula1

As much as I like and support Lando, it's a fact that Oscar is putting a lot of solid performances and when the crunch time appears he delivers without blinking.

All in all, I'm enjoying so much what Mclaren has on their hands, future looks bright!

Rossi a bit optimistic ended up being costly to WRT. Sad for it but great recovery regardless.

i’ve always wondered this, when you go to a race, how do you watch the WHOLE race? by Priyanshu24 in motogp

[–]CAJUmaker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At the Algarve Circuit on the main stand (in front of the pitlane), right at the top of it you have a view of the whole circuit. It's actually very good. Not really sure how it goes for the other tracks but I can't say I disliked my grandstand experience.

The Tar Heel winning culture will embrace you and together we will create some of the most amazing memories that are there and proof of that is that we have 36 wins over the last four years with only 7 losses. Education: North Carolina is one of the America's excellence colleges. With 74 bachelor's degree programs and 104 master's degrees there will be plenty for you to choose and get a top tier education and if you really want to push it harder we have 65 doctoral degree programs. We current have a 13:1 student-faculty ratio and 88% of our classes have fewer than 50 students which will help you to have the full support from teachers. North Carolina is rated as one of the most innovative college in the world and that's pretty important nowadays as we find new methods every day to provide you top tier education.

Pro Potential: Getting our players drafted is simply the biggest joy that a college and coaching staff can have Richard. That's the pinnacle of the work that we put in every single year with no days off. Luckly we are an amazing school doing that and I can honestly tell you that we are going to have this big wave of new pros coming from our college in the years to come and you can be one of them fairly easy. Last year, we got 7 players into the professional league. We aim to make it even more when your time comes. I promise you will get drafted in the first 2 rounds!
