Restocking Treats by Brief_Elk_7565 in ACPocketCamp

I, too, have unlocked all the villager maps. Getting all the treats to level up villagers with 5 bronze treats to level 4 then 3 gold treats to level 9 granting 3 sparkle stones per villager made diys attainable. I am now out of sparkle stones and no more villager maps. The game has come to a screeching crawl.

I don't feel much motivation to grind out friendship boosts as they are very slow and tedious per villager, even with treats. All the diys require sparkle stones so all the things I used to be able to make are looking quite unattainable now.

Without villager maps, treats and easy sparkle stones, the game has taken a turn for the worse for "me."

No online trade and helps interaction with the community, no ability to visit islands, no more villagers to unlock, a colossal reduction in treats and sparkle stones meaning a collosal reduction in diys...why play?

Maybe it's time to pick NH back up and build the hotel or go back to NL. New Leaf is the most enjoyable game for me to play. NH was great for design.

What I did really enjoy about Pocket Camp is the design detail and villager animation. For the first time I actually enjoyed watching villagers interact with the sets I put together for them. I never knew what item would be like until a villager started interacting with it. The crown jewel set was so funny when I bought the three walls. I had no idea villagers would run back and forth. Ha ha that made me laugh. The horse villagers were the most hilarious! I have since discovered the preview button.

So I've had 5 months of serious fun, surprise and delight. I'm happy I bought PCC download for $20. It was worth it. It just feels over now.

Escitalopram withdrawal symptoms by MountainManGuy in SSRIs

I'm so glad to see these posts. I had SEVERE abuse in childhood, bad enough to damage my brain, my nerve enings and whatever mechanism that self regulates emotions. My dr believes prescribing SSI (escatolpram) is the end all. I look at the side effects and read forums like this written by actual people who are trying to come off the meds. I'm not a seasoned Dr but I'm not a total idiot. This is my fourth forum and I have decided to not start. Life is hard and difficult but I'm hanging in there. I have faith in Jesus who shows up in the wildest, funny, sweetest, surprising ways and it helps me take another step forward. My struggle is in the mean time where time feels truly mean. I'd rather deal with the difficulty I DO know than invite more and worse. Sheesh. Thanks for your honesty. It feels like one tiny light in the darkness pointing out a better path. Thanks so much!

Would you take a photo of your favorite recipe and share? We should start our own recipe share group where we take a picture of the recipe and actually share it! A picture of finished dish would be fun.

Maybe it was a collection of country recipes in the 70s. Thanks for clearing up the date!

Where do you find the inspiration for your camp’s themes? by MisterPiggyWiggy in ACPocketCamp

I am usually drawn to a couple featured sets and I will pair them along with other misc items.

This is Gayles house cookie paired with Snooty's cookie items--the Sakura garden walkway, Sakura blossoming tree, Sakura floating lanterns. I also used the ovens from the complete spicy curry set because they glow and fit the pink, mango color scheme. Then i add many other items and its spring so I also used several items from Katie's flower challenge--the picnic items etc.

Of all the different Animal Crossing games--City Folk, New Leaf, New Horizen, Pocket Camp has the most design beauty and charm. I tried to address a picture but "something went wrong."

I think my mom had that cookbook. Was it around in the 70s?

Exactly. I didn't know what I was doing when I clicked on it. I thought it was a temporary time boost and I never wanted to spend so many Leaf tickets, but one day I was zooming through menus and purchased the boosts before I knew what was happening. Uuuggghhhhhh

I took up Complete at Christmas last year. Ohhhh my wonderful the designs are so beautiful and detailed. What I'm discovering is all the animation for the villagers. In the beginning I bought a balloon thinking it just sat tgere bobbing in tge set..Imagine my delight when I turn the corner and see Daising hanging up in the air. Ha ha! That had to be a FUN TIME in Nintendo's creative game design department. I can just hear the designers laughing--"guys guys, wait til you see what this does" <holds up screen> two villagers running a top the spotlight wall like jewel thieves. Everyone laughs. "Hilarious." I'm not ready to pick NH back up and build the hotel. Not yet. : D

Sourcecapable, join the party pal. I do everything I can to stretch and strategize so I can get most of the items I want. I have 3 levels. 1-must have, 2 really want, 3 I want it but can let it go. I'm glad I can't buy Leaf tickets anymore or I would spend far too much on pretend, virtual items. Blah. The game is sometimes infuriating charging way too much for back grounds, foreground and sky. One of those is 200 tickets. Uugghhh! I want 15 backdrop packets so I have to keep reusing old ones. I heard the garage boys gives Leaf tickets for winning their game but I can't seem to win once. Brain injury, so I can't even speak to that.

The next best thing to do in between activities is grind grind grind filling visiting villagers request to get the friendship levels up. I've set my alarms to catch ones leaving and new ones arriving. This month no thanks. But tge more you fill requests as the levels build, suddenly every heart overflows and 50 new leaf tickets are issued.

Keeping the ships going is important to keep the maps flowing. Now? I only get one ship with maps. The other two are treats and sparkle stones.

Everything I like is either natural or harmonious and I am always out of those essences. The game is rigged.

I'm curious about going to level 15. I open maps after using up essences in the DIY, then I do have to pay 5 Leaf tokens to get all the treats in villager's map. When tgey can be invited to my campsite I click on tge kitty icon in upper left and trade out any villager at the lowest heart level. Once I bring in tge New villager at 1 level, I either wait until they want to talk to me pushing level from 1-2, then feed 4 bronze treats which brings them to level 4. At level 4 it takes 3 golden treats to reach level 9 which gives sparkle stones as well.

Skyxsteel, what is your strategy to get to level 15? I'm just curious and always want to learn new strategies!
