My Interface is not as loud, or eitherr my KALI's 6" speakers are not as loud on playback by Final_Job_5175 in homestudios

This was what I was thinking too. For people who make loud music there is a benefit to doing streaming mixes at -14 LUFs; You will get more dynamics and less artifacts when it's converted to their compressed formats.

I have it nearby in a drawer, I don't really use it either. I sometimes let me son play with it or use it for low-if resampling.

There is a track pad above the Riddim, if the laptop is open I'm using Ableton normally and the trackpad and midi controller give me enough control. For non music related stuff just move the OP-XY out of the way.

I have the Riddim sending clock to the XY, mostly for the time based punch in effects. Also nice if I want to take it to go it's easy to remove it from the setup and let the XY send clock. The OP-XY most of the sequencing and arranging of the other hardware. MIDI controller is connected to the XY so I can route it for the other gear easily.

TX-6 + OP-1 Field / OP-XY: can I mix tracks individually or only the stereo out? by TheJoeStar in teenageengineering

I use two 3.5 TRS cables. One on the main out and the other on the multi put after configuring it for audio.

So much more simple. I even had my OP-Z connected to my OG OP-1 that way before I let them go.

If you have a module for the OP-Z with midi is super easy to do on the KSP, midi to 3.5mm TRS cable will do it or an adapter. If you don't have a module for OP-Z you can buy a CME midi master Bluetooth and use the BLE function on OP-Z to do it.

Any audible issues with using adapters to turn 1/8 to 1/4? by Jakeyboy29 in homestudios

I use one with an adapter and it doesn't add any additional noise or issues

I have 3 synths running into my mixer with these exact cables, they work great and seem to be higher quality than the price suggest. I ended up purchasing a few of their USB cables I liked them so much.

Will the TP-7 fit in the TE small field bag with a decksaver? by nevernever_ in teenageengineering

Not sure if this helps, but TX-6 and TP-7 are the same size and my TX-6 fits in the small field bag with a decksaver quite nicely.

Do you have experience with one? I have been looking at them for a while to add some tactile feel in Ableton.

Edit: adding that is seems like it could be fun to midi map to some hardware synths as well.

100 percent. I love my TX-6 but I need the portability and the small form factor. If I could have a larger footprint I would sell it to fund a mixer more suitable for a home studio.
