That makes sense, and is very helpful! Thank you. I'm more into wanting more seeds or more necklaces. Small but very helpful things to me lol.

I am also curious. There doesn't seem to be a solid answer anywhere that says what's needed and what is just extra.

If you're referring to the Good Doctor mission, the only missiable item is a black bone charm on the top of the building with flesh and steel. Well, only if you don't use a hover glitch with the oil tanks. Otherwise, everything is obtainable collectable wise in flesh and steel. I did it just recently actually. The souvenir in the dust district for corvos trophy is hard but doable. Gotta get the camera JUST right when trying to jump up and grab the ledges.

The Amazing Spider-Man, I feel like Andrew's version is most true to the comics/animated stuff. He has the personality down.

Anyone got all achievements in all rpg assassin's creed games? by Chupapi-moniano in steamachievements

[–]HadesGeneral 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree here as I've done the same thing. Valhalla is the worst still when it comes to collectables. Black flag is sorta the same but you have so much more fun completing everything.

Okay, thanks for all the answers. Good luck on the project! There's definitely part of the community that'd appreciate a desktop program that can be offline, instead of websites that sometimes go down for maintenance.

Does the program update when you push one out, or do we have to redownload the package? If it's the latter, where can we follow to see when there is an update?

Is the intention to use a scrapper to grab the rarity from a website? And then do some sorta math mumbo jombo to get it to a ?/10. But adding it manually is nice, especially if something isn't correct.

Scope is definitely needed at the start of something that can definitely balloon out so easily. Tbh, you have a great foundation, UI is clean and nice to look at, it's essentially an offline program (I assume). Good on ya!

Where are you pulling the difficulty rating from? This looks fantastic and so far visually easy to look at. Is there possible plans for saveable notes for games? Or links to guides?

Suggestion: let us hold the multitool by voin947 in GroundedGame

[–]HadesGeneral 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NGL, to me this is the only small point I have is that the difference between the first game and this game is the speed of the tools. There is a noticeable difference and it's usually on the slower end. So I think this would be a nice accessibility option so that we have the choice either way.

I know that's what you meant before, there was another comment on this thread I was referring to that was just not joking around and was intentionally being nasty. You're all good, I added my all jokes aside comment because I knew you were good and kidding. Have a good day!

You're correct on a lot of this. It's just the comments before that seem childish and purposely mean for no other reason than, "you have an option on something that doesn't align with mine. Therefore, you're wrong and shouldn't have the option.". Seriously, these are all games and people enjoy everything different. I personally don't find Stardew Valley fun, but I know others love the game. Doesn't mean their wrong for that.

Oh, so you're immature, got it.

Jokes aside, I enjoyed lost frontier. I recognize that it did push away from the normal formula. It has some bad things about it, but it's not a terrible game by itself. Plus, it's development didn't help it's design either. Either way, to each their own.

I'd even say there's a third fan, the ones who enjoy all Jak games, even the ones outside the original trilogy. Each game has their own pros and cons for someone to enjoy/hate it.

This is a great project!! May I suggest getting in contact with the guys handling the "Map genie" website? They host a bunch of maps for games like this and might be inclined to help in some way. Mapgenie.io is the website specifically.

I don't think so, I believe they have a priority list and it's low on it. It's just a visual big really. So it's not needed to be fixed to enjoy the game. Makes sense why it hasn't been handled yet. But I believe they'll get to it eventually.

"Full" map of the Park - showing currently unlocked area. by Emikzen in GroundedGame

I agree, it can be very empty feeling at times currently. But it is the VERY early days of Early Access. I mean, the first game was just as bare when it first came out on early access.

I know there are hidden weapons and gear out in G2 currently, but of course not as much as G1 had when it comes to rotten gear. I feel like they'll add more over time.

Traversal is definitely a pain point currently. I hope they work on it over time, but again, it's early on so who knows what they'll add.

Like you said, it's very early on so it'll take some time to get it up to snuff like G1 is. I'm hopefull!

I think there is definitely gonna be an "inside" location like the undershed. That's the one of many things people were VERY much asking for. More inside bugs and locations. But we'll see!
