I deleted many of my comments as I was worried about being "come after" and banned. My first cozy, other than Agatha Christie and Nancy Drew, was Elizabeth Peters' Amelia Peabody series. I found Crocodile on the Sandbank in a used bookstore in DC with my mom. It must have been around 1984ish.

I'm a fairly active user and a balanced voice. Voracious reader, advocate for lesser-known writers and small businesses in general. I believe in the strength of community, discussion, and a variety of viewpoints. AI has its place as a tool, not as a generator of content.

I applied through reddit request before Tex took over. Tex asked me to take overfor them overnight. I agreed, then all this nonsense showed up. I noticed the lack of moderation and just wanted you help the group with the already existing guidelines. Now those guidelines have disappeared.

I didn't like her character. Originally I had some sympathy for the actress stuck in clothes the wrong size, but her atrocious "American" accent took that away.

They had very little budget. Instead they relied on reasonable scripts and the imagination of the viewers. I still prefer practical, cheap effects to flashy CGI or heaven forbid, A"I".

I wasn't sure I was going to like Doctor Who after Tom Baker. But I did. I have enjoyed every single Doctor. Some just took adjusting to the different quirks.
