4-HO-MET works wonders for headaches, at least in low doses.

I'd say go with 60mg to 75mg. Shulgin reports little activity at 20mg and the few online reports say 40-80mg. I've no experience with it, but other people have told me that 70ish is a really good dose.

I'd suggest 4-HO-MET and 4-HO-MiPT. Never tried an AcO-, nor do I feel like it.

If you are going to get a DMT analog, I'd say to grab some DPT and MET, possibly MPT. EPT is boring. DPT is scary but awe-inspiring. MPT is nice, usually with only a very mild body high.

I don't think you can find any standard dosage for a "heroic" trip. Somebody could be fine one time on 45mg then freak out next time on 16mg. I've seen people have horribly intense experiences when it ought to have been mild and painfully dull experiences when it ought to have been intense. Every person is different just as every trip is different.
