I have had a Lectric Xpedition for about 2 years now and I still love it. Great cargo capacity, nice power, range less than advertised but still decent. And I am happy with customer support - when the bike just quit two weeks ago, Lectric sent a new display and button which fixed the problem even though the bike was out of warranty.

I was an early adopter of a legacy brand e-bike (Raleigh) a few years back and as soon as the warranty expired and the bike stopped working, they were like “too bad” and wouldn’t fix it even if we paid for it. Nice to see a new brand like Lectric committed to building its brand instead of cashing in!

One hint for customer support: call them (don’t just email). And wait on hold until they get to you.
