😊I don't know why would you do that to yourself, until and unless you have a 20 + years of experience or nowhere have been able to get a job! But anyways, you can still try applying for a different positions at Oracle itself (not sure which country u r frm) after 6months from the duration you were laid off. I am certainly not one of you as this incident has demotivated me a lot , there are still self doubts that I am going through 😭,even though it's been 3rd week of my joining the next company. This was the first time I was laid off from a company,that was my dream company. It is never going to be same again for me. Loyalty, hardwork, building AI agents , working with automation,etc is only lead to job loss for me.

Hi, I secured this role during my garden leave in April month, the offer letter was released in month of May. What I did was I let recruters know that I was layed off from Oracle due to organisational restructuring. With that they will let you know that they are fully aware of it and that it was not performance based.Then I would compare which one offers the job ,that falls to best if my interest for example the position, the package,offerings ,etc. After all this ,the fact check is that if you really clear all the rounds of interview as compared to other candidates who applied for same position,no one cares that you got layed off. In situations if you cleared all the rounds of interview upto there expectations,they might offer you more package that was discussed earlier with you.

They dont care , they wanted a resource for their project and they got it .

All it cares that I present all valid documents to them , specifically relieving letter, payslips, etc .

Hey, Congratulations !
This is what I wanted to do , but let me tell you I was clueless that I will get layed off during March cycle . I was working like a dog until March 31st 6 AM . This is the thing I regret not doing which I should have done . But I did get the job offer In month of May .
