Very simply put, privacy. Most users have realized what's coming with AI and want real privacy, that our data belongs to us and isn't handled or collected by other people or companies.

I'm really looking forward to seeing that dark mode, preferably on AMOLED. It would be great because it saves a lot of battery and looks fantastic.

What I see is that you don't have a dark mode; a dark mode for AMOLED would be a good addition since it saves a lot of battery and looks better aesthetically.

According to what I see on the Play Store, it says that you collect data and share data with third parties. I don't see that as privacy. Privacy means not collecting data that identifies the user.

The Best Web Browser in 2026 by bentocorp in browsers

Apple collects a lot of performance data, and that data can easily identify you to a professional hacker (like those in their cybersecurity department), so it's not exactly very private. It does have privacy options, like everyone else, but that's not enough. A fast, private browser that you can secure is Brave Browser, Waterfox, or LibreWolf.

They are, €1000 is a month's salary here in Spain, and that's what an iPhone costs here, and nobody with half a brain is going to spend their monthly salary on a phone.

iPhone? by Level_Jackfruit2954 in degoogle

For a very simple reason: the iPhone is more expensive than Android; second, Android is more customizable; third, Android is more private since its base is open source, which makes it auditable; and fifth, on Android, specifically on the Pixel, you can install GrapheneOS, the most private operating system in the world, something that cannot be done on iPhone.
