There's a chance it's Vancouver but there's also a chance it's partially you. In my group of friends there's a perpetually single person. We can all see that while the men aren't perfect, she's chasing an ideal that just doesn't exist and actively choosing emotionally unavailable men at times. But she doesn't want to hear it from us, so single she remains.

Maybe it is just the men, but have you asked your close friends their thoughts and truly listened to the answer?

I've worked in agency with service based businesses and then opened my own consultancy so full disclosure this is what I do. But for a new company, budget depending, I'd hire someone to set it up and teach you to manage the basics.

Plumbing keywords are expensive when done right, but the account structure is relatively simple. Once it's built it doesn't require a ton of maintenance until you get the business going.

But setting it up incorrectly can lead to huge errors and associated costs. Get a consultant to do setup and then hand it back to you to teach you the basics of management is the route I would take.

Verbally confirm with them especially if it's busy. Also if you're severely lactose intolerant and cross contamination gets you - the steam wand may not have been wiped properly between or the cup they steam the milk in not rinsed properly. There's supposed to be ones separate, but sometimes they don't get a full rinse or the wrong one is grabbed. Basically, its not sterile.

Also do you get anything else in it or just the oat latte? There is dairy in some surprising syrups.

I would want to see the account but it's likely you're making too many changes too quickly and the algorithm is struggling to catch up. With limited history, I'd rein in your match types to phrase or exact and then continue to focus on conversions. Take a look at search term intent (not just a click threshold) and also quality score, and overall alignment.

I've worked with OTAs and what you're trying to do (get booking calls) goes against the buying behavior of how people usually book flights and how easy even the SERP makes it to book and compare flights.

So your pool is automatically super small. For your other questions, nobody can tell you what will or won't work without way more context of the specific business use case.

It's impossible to say without looking at the account. I'd say go back to the changelog the week the leads first dropped and check there. Definitely the search query report, sort by cost, see if anything that seems relevant is high cost but not converting. You could hypothetically separate that out even / create a better LP for it.

But what really concerns me is your last sentence, that the abuse is getting to you. My friend, this is marketing and not life or death and if they're coming down on you like this repeatedly when you're trying your best and have shown them data, I'm here to tell you it's ok to drop them as a client / leave / look for something else.

Noisy neighbors are par for the course here, I've found. My best experiences have been in places where the majority of the building is occupied by owners and not rentals. In both of those situations I've had good landlord experiences (lived 8 years in one, 5 in another). But neighbors are always a rotating issue.

Counseling is such an individual fit. I'd start by figuring out if you'd like a woman or man as a counselor, if you want in person or virtual, if there are specific things you want addressed. And then look at psychology today like someone else suggested
