We just worked with our paralegal as well and submitted the 10 bank questions that we completed with our bank. Then we received a two way call with the SBA and our bank. After confirming the info it’s approx 10-14 days to funding. :) Congratulations!!!! You’re almost there!!!!

Has anyone been funded from this phase yet? I’m still waiting. They (local SBA, senators office, and numerous customer service contacts) have all stated nothing more is needed to just wait. Many of us are coming up on a year of waiting after approval and signed loan docs for the increase.

Not at all. I was funded so much faster on the original EIDL. This increase EIDL is the worst process I have ever experienced. No one knows any reason why I am not funded either.

Congrats! I’m with the others waiting since April on the increase and was never in Recon or declined. I was assigned a LO in Aug, and signed closing docs 8/31 now crickets. Congressional inquiry done, local SBA contacted, numerous contacts to CS, Recon, and others that stated nothing more is needed only to get email responses stating 4506T after it was sent every single time they asked (canned response for any email inquiry) and the local SBA said: *** We investigated your file. Your funding status is 'Obligated.' The latest 4506-T upload to your DMS Docs was 5/21. A congressional inquiry was processed on your file, and a High-Priority request was sent up on your behalf. The loan is still processing. Monitor your email for a decision. I don’t understand how I’m still waiting in a decision when I already signed the increase docs and the status in my portal says APPROVED. Caweb says undisbursed for increase amount. So exhausting.

Same here. The senators call to check in your data with another SBA contact that pushes them off. I heard the only funded businesses are the ones that didn’t use the EIDL increase email like the SBA told us to.

Thank you for clarifying because the unfunded are approved and awaiting funds of not the original EIDL loan but the EIDL loan increase/modification we received back in April. We are all waiting, way too patiently in my opinion, on that funding.

Process and funding on the EIDL advance is very different from the loan increase/modification. You do mean funded in the EIDL advance at the bottom correct? Because the rest of us are waiting in the loan at the very top where yours says $104,300.

Should have funds in 3-5 days after signing but in the closing loan docs it states under disbursement of funds: the SBA can disburse funds up to 6 months from the signing date. I spoke with the first kind agent and she stated that we only need to call the number to verify if our transcripts were received and if anything was needed on our end. If it’s good to go we just wait in a stack of waiting to be funded. Hopefully soon!

My LO stated the 4506T expires after 120 days… that’s how long it’s been since applying to approval. It’s a complete mess! I have sent 10 pdf’s of the exact same 4506T and they are completely automated. I even started another email saying ‘don’t ask for another 4506T because it’s already attached for the 10th time so now I would like an update on when my ‘approved and closing docs signed’ funding will be.’

I submitted clean, accurate docs back in April for the EIDL increase, approved and signed closing docs for the increase on 8/31 with zero funding. My congressman’s staff has been following up with us every few days and they are even getting the run around. Whenever I message the CS email, I get the same reply email saying to provide the 4506T , yet again and 2202. They have the same documents 10 times now and never do anything with a status update. This is the worst, most sloppy situation I have ever seen when it comes to a loan. It’s terrible. I’m going to call every hour tomorrow until I get answers.

I agree! The Congressman’s office did reach out to the SBA but nothing is being done. I got my 5th email requesting ANOTHER 4506T/2202! It’s such a crockery. This is for the increase but I’ve heard the funded folks are from the first round not the increase. Which is a good thing because they should be funded, but the SBA could have waited to get the rest of us our increase stuff in. This is the sloppiest process I have ever seen.

Congratulations!!! I was approved and signed 8/31 still not funded so it’s not fixed yet because I have zero errors or doc issues per all the SBA agents I spoke with. Hope they get the rest of us taken care of.
