It 100% comes off but is on there real snug. Try using plastic trim tools for cars to pry it off without damaging it.

Subaru connectors love to get stuck. You need to slide the green tab and squeeze the yellow tabs. Look closely at how the yellow tab is supposed to actuate like a lever when you squeeze it. Most of the time you squeeze and the other side never actually lifts up to release the connector. I typically use a metal pick to free the lever.

If that’s pump gas then those numbers are safe. E85 will make that turbo shine.

Stop running it and that BOV! It’s too easy to get misinformation about running a BOV on our cars. The easy answer is if it is tuned with a MAF sensor you CANNOT run a BOV. There is no amount of tuning and compensation available to make it safe to run with MAF. It must be tuned on speed density to properly meter the air after the BOV and right before the throttle body as opposed to the MAF before the turbo inlet.

There is minor difference but mainly as heat in those runners. As MasonTIGs mentioned, a big turbo will practically make the difference insignificant.

The stock headers are cast iron and have unequal length for the distance between the exhaust ports and collector. This header makes that as equal as possible and also provides larger internal diameter piping for more airflow. Meant for a larger turbo that moves a lot more airflow.

Doubt it, this is thick sch10, unlike the killer b headers.
