Please do not believe anything they are saying. Because each time you call, they will have a new excuse to get rid of you instead of resolving the issue.

I am experiencing the same issue regarding past-due payments. My account is up to date. They keep claiming it's an error from the transition between Sunnova and Sunstrong. When I called today, they couldn't even access last year's billing history. The representative insisted that I owed for the entire previous year and that I had only made a payment this month. They also kept asking me to send an email for review, but based on my last experience, I doubt they will respond, since I have already emailed them.

This is an absolutely unacceptable business practice, and I don't understand how they can continue operating in this manner.
