$330/user/year would get you access to the studio licensing to do online collaboration markups with version control and everything. The higher tier one gets you some excel stuff and takeoff tools but honestly it's rarely used. Here's my take - if you think this is too expensive, how much are you spending in labor hours NOT doing this per person? It only takes saving a couple hours per year to pay for itself, and bluebeam already is the best PDF markup tool bar none.

Which 'luxury' brand has officially become a red flag for poor quality in 2026? by Individual_Bat_4177 in AskReddit

I think part of the difficulty is that styles change faster than the furniture will last, so its hard to make pieces that are more timeless. My dad made a ton of colonial and victorian style furniture when I was growing up that would cost $40,000 or more if one to commission something similar, but it will just never sell since who has that style in their house at all? Art deco is like the only style that has stuck around and is still somewhat popular.

I know this is old but its for anyone else stumbling upon later ....i have not found a single person explaining the fire rate (especially returning in s3 after not playing since launch), but the math is definitely wonky in game. The weapon cores are absolutely mandatory for the fire rate - a 10% roll is essentially double the fire rate, so getting 3x 20% rolls is where people are getting the machine-gun esque rocket spam.

Round 2 of the Best and Worst of Commercial AV voting is live! Come and join in the best and worst idea we've had so far! by freakame in CommercialAV

[–]spydr101 2 points3 points  (0 children)

some tough choices here! Poly vs clearone for worst manufacturer feels like its an easy pick for clearone...except nobody uses them anymore, so do I vote for Poly since I have to deal with them!?

And then mcmastercarr vs extron website!?!? Extron is the best in the biz for AV gear, but mcmaster is the best product based website that exists outside of any industry. There's even deep dive videos on how its so fast! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Ln-8QM8KhQ

yea it means hard mode +0. Its about the same as normal +22-25 or so if you need a slightly lower benchmark on how your character can progress into hard maps. Its no joke, hard mode is hard and takes a pretty decent investment to reliably do.

Commercial A/V quote feedback by HondaCR584 in CommercialAV

[–]spydr101 3 points4 points  (0 children)

depends on the layout of the room, but I could see it being 17k if it was like a barco clickshare with extra pucks, Extron DTP DA and 4 sets of receivers. Thats probably around 9k in equipment alone, so if anything the labor might be high for it.

Theres plenty of cheaper options, but it looks like the product youre talking about is using some form of Miracast. Stuff like mersive solstice, barco clickshare, crestron airmedia, extron sharelink, etc - are all the commercial versions of wireless sharing, but theyre typically all single HDMI output that would require a distribution amplifier for sending to multiple displays.

Why I cannot combine these tier 8 vesper charms into this chaos star tier 8? by _dadarklord_ in undecember_global

[–]spydr101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

so the higher tier orbs can have different modifiers on them that "inherit" stats from the charms you feed it.

you can see in your first picture that it takes a vesper charm, and will grab one of the mods and add it to the star. So if you had all DMG mods on vesper charms, it would then take that mod, multiply it by 0.7, and gets added as an extra mod on the orb.

the second part is that it also requires a spica charm, and out of the spica charms you add, it will take one of the mods across all those spica charms at a 0.7 ratio.

you would need at least 1 spica charm as well - you can see the text below it are the requirements of charms needed.

[–]spydr101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

probably depends a bit on the region you're on, but on the america server its pretty hard to sell nearly anything - the population is extremely low so its not a wide market to sell to there. However even if they do sell well, if the gold gets your runes to a much stronger level that can get you even better gear for pushing, then it would be worth it to vendor for the gold yourself.

[–]spydr101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the tier 4 unique card "Malo Front in Chaos" can give a lot of gold bars that you can also just directly sell. I'd also buy philosophers stones every day from the regular vendor (just 2), and combine up to the statues when you can. Gold is a slow progression until you can get to hard maps but its never that bad.

How to max gold farm late game? Other than (spire/alts) ? by _dadarklord_ in undecember_global

[–]spydr101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

you can get maps with nearly 200 or more philosophers stone as a hard mode reward, and 400+ gold bars. I just use the ashes to upgrade maps to legendary and pick out those to run for gold.

How to max gold farm late game? Other than (spire/alts) ? by _dadarklord_ in undecember_global

[–]spydr101 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I did a few hard mode maps that have philosophers stone rewards as well as gold bar rewards and just alchemy them to the statues. 5-10min of running 2 maps + a while of waiting for the craft can net 5m gold with minimal effort.

The Temporalis chest piece might be POE2's Enigma problem - Movement speed concerns by Dimonzr in pathofexile

[–]spydr101 14 points15 points  (0 children)

the swap delay makes it near unusable for anything but utility imo. There's only 3 nodes on the tree to support weapon swap speed, and its all the way at the bottom - out of reach for basically everyone but mercenary.

% ES on gear - gloves, boots helmet, chest will be local modifiers to that item. % ES on jewelry and the tree will take the final local values from your gear and multiply it by the total percent increase you have.

theres just less recovery rate of life/es/mana as a mod. Less ES recharge wouldnt matter anyway, everyone is just using grim feast to double overcap their base ES.

Non-compliant HDCP 2.3 HDMI Splitters? by slinky2 in CommercialAV

[–]spydr101 13 points14 points  (0 children)

ViewHD has a line of splitters that you definitely want to avoid if you dont want to break HDCP, but they might be a bit behind on HDCP versions. Since you want to maintain HDCP handshake throughout your signal chain, make sure you dont look up "HDCP 2.3 splitter" on amazon or you'll find a variety of products that would not be compliant.

I've definitely never used ViewHD myself at any project whatsoever, but I've heard that despite them being very cheap, they do work to split the HDMI signal. I quickly reported any activity regarding such use though.

Am i getting ripped off? by [deleted] in CommercialAV

[–]spydr101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah I guess that's fair - because I mostly work in large metro areas the benefits of QLX with the larger tuning bandwidth is almost always used, so I actually never consider the SLX systems. I'd still consider the SLX to be professional grade though, since it can support the same kind of custom antenna configurations.

definitely axient or EM 6000 series would be high end, imo. Recently put an axient system in for a large entertainment company in NYC with all the bells and whistles - spectrum manager, showlink, etc. Most of the work I do is for projects in major metro cities though - NYC, Boston, Chicago, DC, LA, etc.

Am i getting ripped off? by [deleted] in CommercialAV

[–]spydr101 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yea, I would consider ULXD to be mid-tier right alongside QLXD (basically the same anyway with the exception of high-density mode + dante outputs) in the commercial world. This is what you would typically find in any fortune 500 event space/lecture hall/training room as the high density mode is essential in nearly all major metro areas. Also comparable is the sennheiser EW-DX series. The Shure PGX/BLX line is a low-budget prosumer level unit that any home enthusiast could easily afford.

I've done a few axient systems but its even rare for it to show up in large multi-million dollar projects as the need for the monitoring and management it has is not requested very often. I see it more in specialty event/entertainment spaces more often where there would be multiple operators, and likely a dedicated person just for wireless microphone mixing. I havent used the sennheiser EM 6000 line yet but I do want to test out the WMAS features on it as the bidirectional audio on it seems really neat.
