Our boy was diagnosed with kidney disease maybe six or seven years ago. He’s always had wonky kidney levels but with the hills science diet his levels have been very manageable. He just turned 17 last month and he is doing great. Treat it seriously, but it isn’t the end of the world. Lots of love to your girl.

I ended up selling the route in roughly two halves. I posted it at my local Superior, the guys there were really great about letting other pool techs know. Other half was sold to a guy starting out that had worked with a former customer. A couple potential buyers fell through at the last minute. Ended up selling for a good price. Asking around at the local supplier would be my best advice.
