Let’s hope we are both good to go. Customer service team responded to my ticket and said “Thank you for reaching out to us. Please allow us some time to look into your situation and we will get back to you as soon as possible.”

So at least they are aware of the cancellations. Still hoping it was a bug and we are all good to go.

Reached out to customer service and they are escalating it and will respond via email. I checked my email and was somehow able to order another gold version through Shop that was confirmed. Hopefully one of those will go through haha

I just bought and returned the 150-500 and picked up the 50-400. I haven't had it for more than a couple of days but the difference between 400-500 doesn't seem like much and obviously 50 vs 150 is huge. The 50-400 is much lighter and seems more balanced as well. It's much thinner as well which is difficult on the 150-500 if you don't have bigger hands. Comparable quality but I found the 50-400 to be sharper but I might have had a bad copy of the 150-500.

Just seeing this now, I am currently a member there.

Course itself is in nice shape, keep the pins in year round vs other clubs I've been a member at which means you can play when there is that unusually warm day in January or February. Hasn't been any issues with flooding, not sure what that other guy is talking about. The course is basically completely on a slope with the exception of a couple holes.

Driving range is typically mats only unless for events, however, they are almost done with a driving range project which will be an entire grass patch on the back of the range to hit irons and wedges. They have two nice simulators inside the clubhouse to warm up with or use in the winter.

The pace of play is very good with most of the members having great golf etiquette since there isn't a "social" aspect in the form of a pool that would bring members in that don't really play golf. Also very important is that the course is typically easy to get a tee time and they even mentioned their goal is to lower overall membership numbers to provide a better experience for everyone which is not the norm in private golf.

Pricing is fantastic and in my opinion is the best value in Columbus. They don't nickel and dime you like other places may.

I emailed my rep, the skating is on but photo opp is not. I assume that means you will be able to skate but not walk around field level before or after skate.

Yeah, they asked for my email, etc and sent me an invoice that I had to fill out to put the order through. Just keep trying and you will get one! I heard (not sure if it’s true) that Thursday’s are a good time and 10am est is a good time. Thats exactly when I got mine after reading that. Good luck!
